April has been a good month and BTC also got a 30% increase. Much better, some smaller altcoins performed way better than BTC and here are the best performers of April 2018 so far.
GPU Coin Rebranding to Nullex
Even though it is a low volume coin, GPU has peaked a lot with a mind boggling 1,115 percent in just 30 days.
It is currently being traded on Cryptopia. Needless to say that it may still be very unknown to CoinMarketCap because of its volume but has some cool stats on the list.
It was launched back in April 2016 by developer based in Canada. However, GPU coin is now known as Nullex after a rebranding and the price chart really spiked as they tweeted on their official page.
Another very low volume coin which has been on steroids in April. It has spiked by 848 percent during the past 30 days which is exceptional. It is also traded on Cryptopia.
On April 29, 2018, its volume has spiked up to quarter of a million dollars. However, right now it is around $100,000 and is slightly higher than GPU.
It backed by gold and was introduced in 2014. One reason for its rise in price can be the relatively low supply which capped at 300,000 of which 297,000 are circulating.
Another top performing altcoin of April is HEXX which has gained 500 percent during the past 30 days. It is currently ranking 591 on CoinMarketCap in terms of market capitalization and has a value of $7.5 million.
It was launched back in June 2015 and have released a revamped whitepaper in April 2018, a possible reason why its price spiked.
Currently the coin is only CPU mineable and have also developed a strong network of masternodes, known as Xnodes in Q1 2018.
In April, Masari displayed a strong spike and created some awareness in the crypto market. It has gained 487 percent during the past 30 days and has reached a peak of $2.00 while currently being traded at $1.15. Right now as I write this article, Masari has a 24-hour volume of $52,644 and is currently being traded on Trade0gre exchange.
Zclassic (ZCL) & Primecoin (XPM)
Though buying them now can be risky because the bigger whales are likely to dump it.
